Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in a social media role, either in an agency or client-side environment.

- Proven track record of growing social media channels and creating engaging content; a portfolio is preferred.

- Strong client communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience in planning and strategy is essential.

- Prior experience in managing clients and delivering social media projects, particularly within Beauty, Fashion, or Outdoor brands.

- Ability to lead strategy and idea creation with clients and in-house teams, along with effective delegation skills.
