Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to serve as a brand steward, ensuring the integrity and consistency of our new branding system across all touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role is pivotal in upholding the highest standards of design and maintaining a cohesive brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great design, a strong understanding of brand systems, and a meticulous approach to execution across both print and digital platforms.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on branding.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and design projects across print and digital media.
• Deep understanding of branding systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across diverse applications.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on learners worldwide.

Benefits

The full-time salary for this role is $75,000. This position is eligible to participate in Pearson benefits offered.
