Job Description

The Orca Creative Team is seeking experienced wedding videographers to join their diverse network in Dallas, Texas. The primary responsibility will be to record wedding sessions across the Dallas area and throughout the state. Orca Creative Team manages all administrative tasks, including culling and editing, allowing videographers to focus purely on capturing beautiful images during events.

Requirements

Experience:

• At least ten (10) weddings as lead photographer.
• Two years of wedding videography experience (required).
• Four years of general videography experience (required).

Equipment Requirements:

For Freelance LEAD Wedding Videographer:

• Two (2) Cameras with Dual Memory Card Slots
• Variety of Prime and Zoom Lens with f/2.8 or lower
• Audio Equipment, including Lavalier Microphone and External Recorder
• Lighting Equipment
• Drone and FAA License

For Freelance ASSISTANT Wedding Videographer:

• One (1) Camera with Dual Memory Card Slots
• Variety of Prime and Zoom Lens with f/2.8 or lower

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time (required).

Responsibilities

• Record weddings throughout the Dallas area and Texas.
• Provide outstanding customer service to engaged couples.
• Document weddings with a photojournalistic approach.
• Assist couples with posing during engagement sessions and weddings.
• Manage availability calendar for freelance assignments.
• Deliver high-quality video footage.
• Act as an independent contractor representing Orca Creative Team.
