The Drum @ Cannes Lions

Videographer is needed in Cannes, France.

Hi there!
I work for The Drum, a publication based in the UK focused on marketing and advertising. We are attending the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 16th-19th June, creating content for clients and editorial.

We have a studio space where we will conduct panels, interviews and vox pops, address is 24 Boulevard de la Croisette, Cannes, Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur 06400 - Apartment number to be confirmed.

We will also be doing offsite shoots, and on-the-go filming.
We would be looking for…

1 x videographer – they would be our offsite videographer, getting on-the-go content, b-roll of the festival, vox pops and some offsite shoots. Need to be able to do video and audio.
1 x audio engineer – based in our studio, we will be filming back-to-back panels, interviews and vox pops. Up to 5 people speaking at one time.

Working days would be 4 days… Monday 16th-Thursday 19th. With shoots from about 8am-6pm, with breaks when we can. Could you let me know if this is an option and provide costing for this?

We have our own kit at this stage. But if you would prefer your people to bring their own please let me know the spec and what costs this would bring.
