Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (NSW, Australia Time) / 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Manila Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a Senior HubSpot CMS Developer to lead digital transformation for ambitious businesses. This role requires a strategic technologist capable of building sophisticated, high-performance websites that engage and convert. If you have 6+ years of experience, a deep understanding of HubL, API development, and modern web technologies, and can deliver fast, scalable, and high-performing HubSpot websites — this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom HubSpot CMS websites using HubL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HubDB
  • Build and optimize HubSpot themes, modules, and templates to enhance user experience and streamline content management
  • Develop and manage private apps, serverless functions, and API integrations to extend HubSpot’s capabilities
  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and adherence to development best practices
  • Ensure high page speed and strong Core Web Vitals scores through asset optimization, lazy loading, and efficient coding
  • Track tasks and projects effectively using Asana and time-tracking tools
  • Document development processes, code changes, and best practices to ensure clarity and maintainability
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to deliver visually stunning, high-converting websites
  • Troubleshoot and debug HubSpot CMS issues with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Stay updated with evolving HubSpot CMS features, development trends, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years of HubSpot CMS development, preferably in a design agency environment
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and HubDB; experience with React or Vue.js is a plus
  • API & Integrations: Strong experience in HubSpot API development, private apps, serverless functions (Node.js or Python), and third-party integrations
  • CMS Mastery: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s Design Manager, CRM objects, custom module creation, and advanced HubL functions
  • Development Best Practices: Expertise in performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, structured data, and web security
  • Project Management: Proficiency in using Asana for task tracking and time-logging tools for accountability
  • Documentation: Ability to clearly document development workflows, code changes, and processes
  • Collaboration: Experience working in a design agency environment with cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, and marketers
  • Bonus Skills: HubSpot certifications, experience with Google Tag Manager, SEO strategy, and marketing automation
