Job Description

We’re looking for a fast, creative, and trend-savvy designer-editor hybrid to help us produce scroll-stopping social media content across TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be designing a mix of static posts, short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics. We work with lifestyle, food, fashion, and tech brands — and your job is to bring ideas to life in a way that feels native, visually engaging, and shareable.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Design static social media graphics (e.g. IG carousels, single posts, stories)
  • Edit short-form videos (10–60s) for TikTok and IG Reels
  • Add captions, music, jump cuts, overlays, and light motion graphics
  • Keep up with content trends and suggest creative formats/treatments
  • Work with our creative lead to turn briefs into on-brand deliverables
  • Deliver content that feels modern, clean, and made for social (not ads)

Workload:

  • Approx. 25 assets per month (Mix of image, video, short-form animation — not all videos)
  • Weekly/biweekly planning and delivery rhythm

Who You Are:

  • Proficient with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite for graphic design
  • Confident with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar for video editing
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, social-first design, and content pacing
  • Able to follow brand guidelines and adapt tone/style per client
  • Bonus: Familiar with Singapore/international Gen Z/Millennial content styles

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with motion design or simple After Effects-style animations
  • Worked on content for food, lifestyle, fashion, or DTC brands
  • Good instincts for colour, layout, and what looks “right” on mobile
