Versatile Performers Needed as Agents for Interactive Conference Experience

We are looking for a small team of versatile actors to perform as “Agents” during a two-day conference in Miami. The actors will mingle with attendees, engage in light improvisation, and maintain a playful character throughout the event. They will wear costumes provided by us, including black suits and branded sunglasses, and participate in a choreographed “protest” outside the venue at a scheduled time, ensuring they create excitement while adhering to event guidelines.

Ideal candidates are confident improvisers with strong crowd interaction skills and the ability to stay in character for extended periods. This role requires following directions quickly and maintaining high energy in a busy environment. We aim to make the conference an unforgettable experience for attendees.

Project Description

We are recruiting a small team of versatile performers to act as “Agents” throughout a two-day conference.

Role & Responsibilities

• Presence on site: Actors will circulate among attendees during all conference hours on both days.
• Agent persona: Performers will wear black suits and branded sunglasses that we supply, maintain an air of playful secrecy, and interact with guests in character.
• Audience engagement: Tasks include handing out flyers, executing light improvisational skits, and responding to spontaneous directions from the event team—always with the unmistakable poise of elite “Agents.”
• Staged protest: At a scheduled time, the team will mount a choreographed “protest” outside the venue, creating a buzz while remaining safely within event guidelines and local regulations.
