Build and deploy Saaqr AI assistant for WhatsApp – A to Z setup

I am looking for an expert web developer with AI programming skills to help build and deploy the Saaqr AI assistant for WhatsApp. The project will require a complete setup from start to finish, utilizing GPT-4 and local MacOS integration.
