Fixing a hybrid PA15B speaker that has reduced sound quality

I need a sound technician to help fix my hybrid PA15B speaker, which has lost sound quality. The speaker produces a muffled sound and lacks bass, even after adjusting the equalizer settings. I am looking for someone with technical skills in sound restoration located in Johannesburg, South Africa. This will be a single job that requires a few hours of work at my location.

My speaker just lost the quality of the sound. I try to reduce bass/mid/treble but the quality still can’t be back to original. There is more of schwa sound and less bass. If I increase the bass, worse. Just want someone who can help
