Help us tell better stories—both personal and brand. Over the past 30 days, @andyhsu9 has been sharing the behind-the-scenes of building MotionGrey on Instagram. The audience is growing, and the feedback is clear: people connect through stories, not just stats. Your role involves crafting short-form Instagram reels that resonate, helping to build the brand of MotionGrey by capturing the real journey behind the desk—the process, the people, the values, and the vision.

Responsibilities

• Create 3-5 engaging reels per week for @andyhsu9 and MotionGrey
• Capture, cut, and edit content that brings storytelling to life
• Collaborate with the founder and team to bring ideas to screen
• Create hooks, tell visual stories, and align content with our voice
• Stay on top of IG trends while remaining true to our story

Requirements

• You’ve made Instagram reels that make people stop scrolling
• You’re great at telling stories through video, not just filming them
• You can turn raw footage into magic with a clean edit and a strong hook
• You understand pacing, transitions, and emotional beats
• You’re scrappy, self-driven, and love building things from the ground up
