Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong skill set in video editing and production. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our content creation team to produce high-quality videos that engage and inspire our audience. Your expertise in various editing software and techniques will be crucial in bringing our projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere for video editing, ensuring smooth transitions, sound synchronization, and overall quality.
• Incorporate 3D animation elements to enhance visual storytelling when necessary.
• Apply typography and photo manipulation techniques using Adobe Illustrator to create compelling graphics within videos.
• Manage video files through FTP for efficient sharing and collaboration.
• Ensure all edits are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and content creation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is essential; experience with Capture One is a plus.
• Strong understanding of film production processes and techniques.
• Experience in content creation, including knowledge of 3D animation, typography, and photo manipulation.
• Familiarity with cinema standards for video quality and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback within the team.

Job Location

Atlanta, GA 30312 (Required) - Relocation before starting work is required.
