Gala Awards Night Photography & Videography

Videographer is needed in Melbourne, Australia.

We’re hosting a Gala Awards Night on Friday, August 23 in Melbourne, and we’re looking for a professional photographer and videographer team to capture the event. This is a formal corporate evening event and will involve awards presentations, speeches, mingling, and special moments that should be documented for both internal use and promotional content. We need two shooters—a photographer and a videographer—with their own professional equipment, for up to 4 hours of coverage during the evening. The deliverables include at least 50 post-produced, high-resolution images capturing the atmosphere, speeches, award moments, and candid guest interactions and a highlight video reel (up to 3 minutes) that captures the energy of the night, set to music or with select audio from speeches as best fits creatively. Images should be delivered within 1 week, and the video within 2 weeks. The content will be used across our website, internal communications, media releases, and social media channels. You will work with our events and marketing team on the night to make sure key moments are captured.
