3D design for a custom action figure

I am looking to commission a 3D STL design of a custom Spike Spiegel action figure in a specific pose, which will be used for 3D printing. I already have a rough idea for the design, created using ChatGPT, though it will need some modifications to meet my needs. I have also uploaded a couple of example images to provide a clearer idea of what I am aiming for. This is a personal project, and I would like someone skilled in Blender who can deliver a high-quality file. The ideal expert should be able to work remotely, and I’d like to have the project completed by the 10th of July.
