Conversational AI Designer for voice and SMS automation for Retell

AI Engineer is needed in Wingrave, United Kingdom.

We are seeking an experienced expert to design and implement conversational AI workflows for voice and SMS automation using the Retellai.com platform. The goal is to write effective AI prompts, build and optimise workflows, and create a virtual role that can interact naturally and helpfully with our customers. You will also be responsible for integrating the automation with our team and systems, and for comprehensive testing and training. This project is for Waste King Ltd and Waste King Recycling Limited, based in Wingrave, United Kingdom, and will require you to be on-site for some parts of the project. Our core business is collections and transfer of rubbish and hazardous waste for recycling. We value practical experience with AI workflow design and are looking for a long-term collaboration.
