Job Description

AI Drama Films is a faceless short-form YouTube channel based in Brickell, focused on creating viral, cinematic story-driven content using CapCut and AI visuals. We’re building a dedicated in-studio team of editors who can turn raw clips into emotionally gripping, fast-paced series. This is a project-based role, with editors assigned to specific storylines to ensure consistency and momentum across multiple ongoing shows.

Applicants must be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering story edits that feel intentional, cinematic, and engaging. This is an in-person opportunity for editors ready to collaborate, experiment, and build something unique in a focused, high-energy environment.

Requirements

Duties:

• Edit short-form video content (primarily 30–60 seconds) using CapCut
• Collaborate with the creative director and production team to shape the tone and pacing of each series
• Be responsible for a specific storyline or project, maintaining visual and narrative consistency
• Turn around edits on a rolling basis, with feedback loops and deadlines
• Help develop new series ideas and contribute creatively to overall studio output
• Ensure all edits are optimized for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Stay up to date with editing trends, viral pacing styles, and visual storytelling techniques
• Maintain file organization and edit logs within the studio’s workflow

Experience:

• Proven experience editing short-form video content using CapCut (mobile or desktop)
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling stories and maintain pacing within 30–60 second videos
• Must have had at least one viral video in the past year – please paste the link to your viral video in your application
• Experience working with narrative-driven projects, reels, TikToks, music videos, or similar formats preferred
• Familiarity with platform-specific trends and audience engagement strategies (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Prior experience collaborating within a creative team or studio environment is a plus, but not required
