Audio Engineer for Corp Event at Opryland

Audio Engineer is needed in Nashville, United States.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced live sound engineer to run the soundboard and manage sound for a live corporate event. Gear will be provided.

-Tech will manage and troubleshoot the soundboard for the entire event.
-Operate PA system provided by us.
-Handle audio for 4 speakers using a mix of handheld and lavalier microphones.
-Conduct a sound check and ensure optimal audio quality for all speakers.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any audio issues promptly during the event.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in live sound management, preferably for corporate events.
-Proficiency with Mackie (analog) soundboards and PA systems.
-Ability to manage multiple microphone types (handheld and lavalier).
-Excellent troubleshooting skills and quick problem-solving abilities.

Days + Hours :

JULY 29st - 3pm-5:00pm (setup + test)
JULY 30st - 8am-5:30pm
JULY 31st - 8am-5:30pm
AUG 1st - 8am-3pm

We are looking for an experienced live sound engineer to oversee sound operations at a corporate event taking place at Opryland in Nashville, TN. You will be responsible for running and troubleshooting the soundboard for the entire event, operating our provided PA system, and managing all aspects of live audio for speakers using a mix of handheld and lavalier microphones. You will also assist with sound checks, help speakers with microphones and batteries, and resolve any audio issues on the spot. The event is scheduled for July 29th (setup and testing), July 30th, July 31st, and August 1st. Previous experience in live sound for corporate events and proficiency with Mackie (analog) soundboards are required. Please be prepared to provide your resume and a summary of relevant experience.
