Instructional Designer is needed in Australia.

This is a remote position.

You will own the end‑to‑end visual language for every customer touch‑point, translating complex clean‑energy stories into simple, elegant design. From performance‑ad creative to motion‑driven social posts, from web hero illustrations to polished print collateral, you’ll lead concept, craft and rollout—mentoring freelancers and junior designers along the way.Area

What you’ll do

Campaign & Ads: Plan and produce static, animated and video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, OOH.

Social Media: Create on‑brand Reels/ TikTok, carousels, motion graphics, emoji‑driven GIF stickers.

Web & UI: Design hero sections, icon sets, dataviz infographics, micro‑interactions.

Brand System: Expand colour tokens, typography scale, component libraries; maintain Figma design‑system file.

Long‑form & Print: Layout brochures, booklets, case studies, pitch decks, event signage.

Templates & Toolkits: Build Canva/Figma/PPT libraries so non‑designers can self‑serve.

Creative Leadership: Question briefs, run brainstorming sessions, justify design decisions, guide junior talent.

Requirements Skills & Competencies

● Conceptual Thinking – Reframing a business goal into a visual story, mood‑boarding before pixels.

● Design Systems – Consistent grid, type‑ramp, colour hierarchy, component rationales.

● Motion Literacy – Timing, easing, kinetic typography, Lottie optimisation.

● Storytelling & Copy Sensitivity – Pairing headlines, body copy and visuals for maximum persuasion.

● Data‑Visualisation – Turning rebate numbers and energy stats into clear, attractive graphics.

● Feedback Loops – Presenting iterations on Loom, absorbing critique, shipping fast.

● Leadership – Coaching contractors, setting quality bars, championing modern design culture.
