I am looking to hire a freelancer to help create Workman, a job broker app. The app is intended to connect users with available semi-skilled and skilled job opportunities based on their location, similar to how Uber operates, but specifically for vocational and professional jobs. Features should include advanced app design, an AI chatbot, advert design, freelance gig management, and technologies such as HTML5, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. The project will require someone to work on-site in Port Harcourt, Nigeria for part of the time. Ideally, I am seeking a freelancer who can deliver the project within three months after starting.
