Actor is needed in Brussels, Belgium.
We are seeking a professional actor to support leadership training sessions in Brussels for MDI Management Development International GmbH. The actor will participate in 11 half-day sessions (4 hours each) between January and June 2026. Responsibilities include role play and simulation, authentically portraying challenging workplace scenarios for analysis and feedback. You should have excellent improvisation abilities, experience giving non-judgmental feedback, and an understanding of business communication and leadership topics. Emotional intelligence, professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work closely with trainers are essential. The actor will not facilitate or instruct but contribute to an engaging, supportive learning environment. The sessions will require onsite presence in Brussels.
