App Developer is needed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I am building a mobile application called “Haybah,” which will be a luxury abaya shopping platform designed to blend modern design with Emirati elegance. The app will let users browse and purchase abayas, view short-form videos of the designs, order premium packaging, and pay using integrated payment gateways. I am looking for a mobile app developer with experience in Flutter or React Native for cross-platform development, as well as UI/UX design that is modern, minimal, and elegant. E-commerce functionality, video integration, and Firebase or similar backend integration are all required, along with support for Arabic language and right-to-left layouts. Experience with fashion, luxury, or boutique-style apps is a plus. The visual inspiration comes from apps like Ounass, Chanel, and video feeds like Instagram Reels or TikTok. The app should create a luxurious Emirati brand identity, using soft Arabic typography, desert-inspired accents, and a clean, premium interface in black, white, beige, or gold tones. The MVP is ideally needed within 6 to 8 weeks, but timelines are flexible. I am based in the UAE, and the developer may be required in Dubai for part of the project. Any suggestions to help scale and enhance the user experience are welcome.
