Job Description

As a Creative Producer for Live Services Marketing, you will manage creative pipeline needs for multiple titles within EA Mobile’s top franchises. You will support other Marketing Producers and Creative Leads throughout the production process to deliver final creative assets. Collaborating closely with EA game studios and Live Services Marketing leaders across various departments, your contributions will focus on increasing player acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist Marketing Creative Producers in the management and production of marketing creative assets.
- Manage and maintain production schedules for creative production, testing, and delivery across internal and external partners.
- Arrange vendor briefing sessions and pricing per job.
- Reconcile vendor pricing against budgets for effective budget management.
- Deliver Game Studio creative source assets to vendors.
- Manage production partners and vendors to stay within scope and identify risks.
- Facilitate the delivery of marketing assets for review and consolidate feedback.
- Update creative production trackers with relevant information and deliverables.
- Deliver final creative assets to respective teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal team leaders to meet a common goal.
- Optimize production processes and exemplify best practices.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and/or deep passion for mobile gaming.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or creative production.
- Creative-minded project manager capable of bringing stories and ideas to life as a team.
- Experience supporting and managing production assets within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as AirTable, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Strong project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay range for this role in British Columbia is $73,200 - $101,700 CAD, depending on the location (e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria). The benefits package includes vacation (3 weeks per year), 10 days of sick leave per year, extended health/dental/vision coverage, and basic life insurance.
