Developer is needed in Tangerang, Indonesia.

We are seeking a Tech Developer Lead to join our company, Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo, based in Tangerang, Indonesia. The role involves conducting research and analysis, planning and designing IT development systems and applications, and making strategic plans aligned with company policies. You will lead application development projects, ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, and provide solutions to arising issues. Responsibilities also include developing and improving information and technology systems, performing managerial and controlling functions in IT projects, and analyzing the effectiveness of new application systems. Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager and a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in PHP development (minimum 5 years), architectural skills (minimum 3 years), and expertise in frameworks such as Laravel and Lumen are required. Database and caching skills (MySQL, Redis/memcached) are important, as well as strong organization, team management, and analytical skills. Coding proficiency for both front- and back-end is needed. Experience in fintech or payment industries, and fluency in English or Mandarin are considered an advantage.
