Job Description

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a creative design professional with expertise in translating complex technical concepts into compelling visual communications. The role involves the complete design process from initial concept through final delivery, using current design software to create impactful marketing materials and client presentations. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams, transforming technical ideas into clear, engaging designs that resonate with diverse audiences. A strong foundation in branding and marketing principles is necessary, along with a keen eye for selecting appropriate visual approaches that enhance each project’s unique requirements and support business development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines and tight timeframes.
• Effective crisis management and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
• Strong project organization and coordination skills.
• Capability to negotiate project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing work environments.
• Detail-oriented execution under pressure.

Additional Responsibilities

• Design & Production of Marketing Materials: Create internal and external marketing communications including proposals, brochures, and promotional collateral.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Coordinate with external partners to optimize cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, marketing team members, and clients to develop innovative communication concepts.
• Brand Standards & Quality Assurance: Enhance communication effectiveness while maintaining brand integrity.
• Team Coordination & Project Management: Lead efforts with graphic design team members for seamless project execution.
• Technical Systems Management: Maintain and upgrade software systems and graphic art materials.
• Software Expertise & Professional Development: Maintain advanced proficiency in graphics software and stay current with industry tools.
