We are looking for a skilled C# Developer to build a personal real estate introduction website. The website will showcase property listings, agent profiles, and contact forms. The ideal candidate should have experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and front-end technologies to deliver a responsive and user-friendly website.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a custom real estate website using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Implement database integration (SQL Server or similar) to manage property listings.
  • Design and develop responsive front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
  • Integrate contact forms, search filters, and property galleries.
  • Ensure secure authentication (if user logins are required).
  • Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Deploy the website to a hosting provider (Azure, AWS, or shared hosting).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in C# and ASP.NET Core (MVC or Razor Pages).
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap).
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core for database operations.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs (optional, if third-party integrations are needed).
  • Knowledge of Git version control.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Experience with real estate websites or similar projects is a plus.
    Preferred Skills (Bonus):
  • Experience with Blazor (for interactive UI).
  • Knowledge of real estate APIs (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles for better design.
