STAFIDE - Senior Fullstack Developer (ID: 3083)

Full Stack Developer is needed in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

As a Senior Fullstack React Developer, you will:

• Design and develop high-quality web frontend solutions using React and Next.js.
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, System Architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Demonstrate and promote software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Take ownership of tasks from development through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Mentor and guide other developers, and advocate for development standards and best practices.
• Ensure team goals and deliverables are achieved efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing large-scale, maintainable, and performant web applications.
• Proficient in Sitecore XM Cloud, Git, and Vercel.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, .NET Core Web API, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.
• Hands-on experience with CSS tools like CSS Modules, PostCSS, Sass, and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, or Jasmine.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and tooling.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.

You should possess the ability to:

• Work independently and collaboratively with distributed/remote teams.
• Identify and resolve browser/client discrepancies effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across teams.
• Embrace and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in day-to-day work.
• Advocate for clean code, documentation, and testing practices.
