Development of an Integrated Medical Application

We are seeking a developer or team to build a digital health platform connecting clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and users. The platform should provide home healthcare services, teleconsultations, and enable medication and lab test deliveries. Essential features include user registration, appointment booking for home visits, video consultations, and ordering of medications and lab tests with delivery options. There must be separate dashboards for clinics, labs, and pharmacies, and an admin panel for system management. The ideal expert should have experience developing Android and iOS applications (preferably with Flutter or React Native), designing professional and user-friendly UI/UX, integrating payment gateways such as Paymob or PayPal, building web-based admin and provider dashboards, and ensuring a secure system and data protection. The project is for a personal initiative based in Tripoli, Libya.
