Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with web design skills to join our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, digital performance, and brand consistency supporting everything from email campaigns to product packaging fixes to web design and asset updates.

You’ll be working across multiple consumer product brands (including CBD, hair care, and wellness), so flexibility, curiosity, and clean execution are essential.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Email & Klaviyo Creative: design assets for high-performing e-comm campaigns
• Website Content & Web Ads: create visuals that support product pages, banners, and promos
• Packaging Edits: assist with packaging revisions, template updates, dielines, and print prep
• Rebrands & Print Layout: help maintain consistency across refreshed brand designs
• Supplemental Video Assets: basic editing for social clips, product animations, or overlays
• Cross-Team Collaboration: align with marketing, production, and product development

Nice-to-Have (but not daily requirements)

• Premiere Pro skills
• Ability to assist on product shoots (Just extra hands when needed)

Tools You Should Know

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, basic Premiere)
• Canva
• (Bonus) Klaviyo, WooCommerce, Figma/XD

1. Don’t change the existing structure (left/right two-column layout).
2. Use the brand accent color: #683210 (rich brown), and feel free to add complimentary colors.
3. Design should feel: Earthy, Natural, Fun, Family-Owned, Los Angeles/California.
4. You may use stock visuals or placeholders as this is a concept design, not a full build.
5. Show responsive behavior: Ideally provide one version for desktop, one for tablet, one for mobile.

Deliverables:

• PNGs for static designs
• MP4 if showing interactive scroll/behavior (optional)

We’re not expecting a fully coded solution, just a thoughtful, creative visual interpretation that shows you understand aesthetic + UX for multi-device users.

Compensation and Work Details

Compensation: $25–$30/hr DOE

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person at Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Required)
