We are seeking a developer for a single-page web project where a community will be able to pay fines. The page must be built using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The goal is to develop the main page that facilitates fine payments, after which we will integrate a payment company checkout ourselves. We require the raw file for the completed page, and the remaining integration will be handled on our side. The project is being managed on behalf of a client and needs to be completed within a week. The work can be done remotely and does not require on-site attendance.
