OAAD (Organization for Solidarity, Security & Anti-Corruption) is a nonprofit organization in Cyprus that aims to create a safer, more just society through digital transformation and community empowerment initiatives. We are seeking a web developer to help build and expand our Social Protection Portal using WordPress with multilingual capabilities and custom modules. The project includes developing and optimizing features for member and volunteer management, a social eShop for vulnerable groups, integrated application systems, and technical solutions such as payment gateways, CRM, SMS gateways, and osTicket-based helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with WordPress (Multisite/Multilingual), custom PHP/HTML/CSS/JS, and tools like Elementor Pro and WooCommerce. Experience in the nonprofit or social sector, as well as attention to security, accessibility, and responsive design, is preferred. We provide detailed briefs, wireframes, and technical resources, and hope to find a collaborative partner open to ongoing support.
