YouTube Automation System for Kids’ Storytime Channel (Multi-Platform Repurposing)

I am launching a YouTube channel called “One More Story,” which features calming bedtime stories for children aged 2–6. The channel uses light animation, original music, and a recurring co-host character named Gerry the Giraffe. I am seeking an automation expert to build a modular, documented workflow that automatically repurposes long-form story episodes into short-form clips and distributes them across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The system should use n8n (preferred) or similar no-code tools, trigger when a video uploads to Google Drive, and generate 5–10 short clips using Wisecut or Opus Clip. It should also auto-generate titles, captions, and hashtags (using tools like ChatGPT), auto-create thumbnails via Canva API or other automation, and schedule or allow for human review of social media posts. The workflow must also handle affiliate link insertion, update Ko-Fi or Linktree, and include a Google Sheets dashboard to track posting status and clicks. Documentation (visual maps and handover instructions) is essential, as I want the system to be easy to maintain or pass on to an assistant as the channel grows. Experience with children’s media, WhatsApp notifications, or AI-based scheduling is appreciated. This initial build is the start of a long-term project. I’ve created custom animations and have example files, including intro and outro audio, visuals, and an established bedtime storytelling style similar to ‘Moonbug Bedtime Stories.’

I’m currently building a children’s YouTube channel called “One More Story”, which features calming bedtime stories read aloud with light animation, original music, and a co-host character named Gerry the Giraffe.
