Our company, Order out of Chaos Designs, is looking for a WordPress designer and Illustrator/graphics expert to overhaul our website and related branding assets. After a previous redesign, site performance and lead generation have significantly declined, and we are seeking a skilled freelancer who can diagnose and resolve website conversion and discoverability issues. The scope will include revising the company logo with the new name (Order out of Chaos Organizing), redesigning our business card, enhancing site speed and performance, adding a new FAQ page, integrating five-star Google reviews, redesigning the Contact page with a modern layout, secure form, and reCAPTCHA, as well as removing old administrative access from previous designers. Additional tasks include social media link integration, plugin/theme updating with backups, mobile-friendly adjustments, advanced SEO fixes (including local SEO improvements and troubleshooting indexing), database cleanup, server-level email configuration, advanced site speed/security enhancements, and integrating Google Site Kit for analytics. The project also calls for strategic placement of calls-to-action to improve conversions and tracking improvements in Google visibility. Example websites of style preference are provided. The job is remote and, if successful, could lead to follow-up work. Our desired timeline for completion is less than a month.
