Development of AI-Driven Audio Tools for Sonic Branding

Melofold, a specialist sonic branding company, is seeking an AI Audio Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on audio. We need an expert with deep knowledge of audio signal processing, machine learning, and audio/music generation to create and implement AI-driven tools for building custom sonic identities and automating audio production workflows. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative sound solutions for branding in digital and lifestyle spaces. Required expertise includes using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, handling MIR, and practical experience with generative AI models for audio (like WaveNet or Jukebox). Familiarity with Python, audio libraries (e.g., librosa, torchaudio), digital audio workstations, and sonic branding techniques is essential. A background in marketing or media is a plus. You’ll help design AI systems that generate sound logos, motifs, and dynamic identities with a clean, recognizable, and modern sound in styles inspired by brands like Spotify and Intel. The role is remote and full-time on contract. The project is expected to deliver a working AI tool for sonic branding in 6–8 weeks from the start, with collaborative milestone reviews and a preference for portfolios showcasing previous experience at the intersection of audio and AI.
