Garden of Lights

Social Media Manager is needed in Cluj Napoca, Romania.

We are seeking a partner agency or experienced freelancer with a background in video and animation, graphic and design, and marketing for a major family event. The project involves the Garden of Lights exhibitions in Bucharest and Cluj Napoca for the 2025/26 season, with specific themes for each city and several target audiences including families, children aged 2-14, grandparents 50+, and singles 16-25 years old. The event requires strong local marketing (both online and offline) within a 30 km radius, covering city outdoor ads, influencer collaborations, radio campaigns, publicity on local family and tourism portals, and unique opportunities such as supermarket parking area advertising and mall center partnerships. The successful partner will recommend and deliver the complete media mix, support copy translation to Romanian, organize an opening event for media and VIPs, and provide creative graphic content suggestions. Additionally, you should be able to produce professional video content, including hiring a local family for one day as actors. The budget for all services, including agency fees, is set and the agency is expected to provide realistic solutions within these financial constraints. Clear communication, accurate cost forecasting, and strong experience in managing family event marketing are crucial.
