Realistic animated video creation

We are seeking a motion designer or animator to create a 30-second animated homepage hero video for our website, centered on demonstrating a human-like 3D avatar AI assistant. The animation should seamlessly loop and portray the avatar helping in 2–3 different industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and retail. We will provide reference images for the avatar, and want the animation to capture micro-expressions (like eye contact, smile, and nods), light lip-sync, and include simple automation cues (like dispensing a keycard or printing a ticket). Apart from the main desktop banner animation, we need additional shorter cuts for each scene, a mobile-optimized version, poster frames, and all working source files. Deliverables should be web-ready (MP4/WebM), optimized for performance, and include clean typography.
