Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and have experience in various aspects of graphic design, including branding, digital art, and motion graphics. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual media. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing teams to create compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various projects, including branding, print advertising, and digital media.
• Create visually appealing graphics for web design, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Design logos, illustrations, and other visual elements that enhance the company’s brand identity.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
• Apply knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design to create effective visual communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continually enhance design skills.
• Assist in photo manipulation and photography as needed for various projects.
• Participate in presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential; experience with Adobe After Effects and CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with WordPress.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of digital art techniques and production design processes.
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with a solid grasp of color management and typesetting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is required for consideration.
