Character Design for Myth-Inspired Figurine Collection

I am developing a collectible figurine series inspired by global mythology and folklore, designed in a playful and whimsical style. The first collection will feature between 10 and 12 characters, including creatures such as a Japanese Kitsune, a Scottish Brownie, an African Lightning Bird, and a Mesopotamian wind spirit, all adapted into stylised “spooky-cute” collectible figurines. I am looking for a character designer experienced in toy design to help create these figures. I am an engineer turned entrepreneur based in Sydney, Australia. The work will be a single job with the possibility of follow-up projects, and will be carried out remotely. I am ready to make a paid hire immediately and expect the project to be completed over the next four weeks.
