Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support property listings for All Property Management. The specialist will create engaging and accurate property descriptions for multiple platforms and take high-quality photographs and virtual tour videos to showcase available properties. You will manage and update property listings across websites, MLS, social media, and other online channels, while developing marketing campaigns to promote both new and existing listings using email marketing and targeted advertisements. The role requires collaboration with sales and leasing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding, as well as monitoring the performance of listings, analyzing engagement, and making recommendations for further optimization. Keeping up with market trends and competitor activity is also important for positioning properties effectively.
