Graphic Designer for Functional Product Design for Speech-Language Pathologists

We are Spela Speech & Language Goods, an educational product company based in Minnesota. We are looking for a graphic designer to help us create engaging products such as T-shirts, travel mugs, stickers, and temporary tattoos for speech-language pathologists. These products should be both marketable and functional as therapy materials, with clean, bold, and minimal artwork and easy-to-read typography. The core project will involve designing phrases containing common speech sound targets and ideally creating consistent illustrations for categorizing tasks (such as animals, food, vehicles, and clothing) for T-shirts. The work is ongoing: we’ll begin with several ideas and continue adding more in the future. There is no strict deadline, but our goal is to complete the first batch by winter 2025. Freelancers can work remotely, and we are open to seeing your original logo or brand designs.

Examples:
I am open to style, I can share my logo/brand design. I prefer bold, graphic, clean, minimal rather than trendy, but I do want these things to sell. I would look for advice on that.
