Job Description

Established lifestyle brand seeks an experienced Social Media Strategist to guide the organization through a crucial growth period. This role is strategy-focused only—the selected candidate will collaborate with an existing team of writers and creators.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, preferably for lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to build strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or native platform analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly translate data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive social media content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Translate brand goals into actionable social campaigns with clear KPIs.
• Review and analyze performance metrics; deliver monthly insights reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current on platform trends, audience behaviors, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and community managers to ensure strategy is effectively executed.
• Provide strategic guidance on content mix, frequency, and engagement tactics.
• Identify opportunities for growth, testing, and innovation across platforms.

Additional Information

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
