Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation with portfolio examples
• Proficiency with video editing software
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook best practices and trends
• Excellent communication skills for direct client collaboration
• Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines and templates
• Reliable internet connection and professional computer setup
• Flexibility to coordinate with Australian business hours
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality standards

Schedule

• 20 hours per week
• Flexible anytime but must overlap a few hours of Adelaide, SA business hours

Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance raw video content provided through shared drive systems
• Create compelling captions and on-screen text that engage viewers
• Design and implement visual overlays and screen elements to enhance property explanations
• Produce 2-3 polished videos weekly optimized for Instagram and Facebook
• Follow established brand guidelines and professional templates
• Upload finished content to shared drives for client approval and posting
• Expand into additional digital marketing tasks including community engagement and market research
• Collaborate directly with the business owner on creative direction and strategy
• Handle administrative tasks to support overall business operations
