BruntWork - Social Media Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | California (PST)

Paid hours per week: 20 Hours

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content from scratch, including reels, videos, and posts
• Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Develop and maintain a social media calendar with consistent posting
• Handle community outreach, including influencer engagement
• Join relevant groups to highlight brand presence
• Respond to messages and inquiries from social media
• Send message blasts through social media platforms
• Create compelling captions and graphics
• Schedule and manage email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts with proven success
• Strong portfolio of sample works
• Strong content creation skills, including graphics and video
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Email marketing experience and familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo
• Creative writing skills for engaging captions
• Understanding of different demographics and audience engagement
