Job Description

Quotient is seeking a Visual Designer for Digital Products to create and manage visual design for websites and related digital projects. The ideal candidate will be a creative artist capable of producing engaging designs tailored to diverse audiences. Strong collaboration experience, the ability to interpret and manage art direction, and a compelling portfolio of visual and graphic design success are essential. A thorough understanding of modern web standards, UX/UI, and WCAG Accessibility standards is required, alongside competency with Adobe Creative Cloud design tools and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design for digital projects as a creative partner with clients, prioritizing customer experience.
• Conceive, develop, refine, and execute visual designs that align with the creative brief and client objectives.
• Advocate for brand standards while reviewing all work with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Collaborate and build relationships with multiple clients to present and champion designs, confidently recommending enhancements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or illustration for digital projects with a strong portfolio across diverse mediums.
• Superior communication and visual art skills, with the capacity to conceptualize and create visual stories and themes.
• Experience collaborating effectively with content providers, UX specialists, developers, and other partners in crafting digital products.
• Commitment to designing culturally literate and appropriate products that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Prior experience with Figma.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other open-source content management systems.
