Job Description

This is a remote position offering an exciting opportunity to help build a transformational personal development brand from 300 followers to a substantial audience. You will be creating engaging content across multiple platforms and developing strategies that enhance audience engagement. This role involves working with pre-existing content, including meditation scripts and podcast material, to craft compelling social media campaigns aimed at driving organic growth and establishing thought leadership in wellness and personal transformation. Your work will contribute to helping people overcome challenges and live happier lives.

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping Instagram content including inspirational quotes, engaging carousel posts (6-slide format), and viral-worthy reels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy with platform-specific optimization.
• Manage cross-platform content distribution through Meta integration for Facebook.
• Support YouTube podcast launch and content optimization for maximum reach.
• Transform long-form podcast content into multiple engaging short-form social media pieces.
• Design visually compelling Instagram carousels using podcast highlights and key transformational messages.
• Implement organic growth strategies specifically designed to build authentic audience engagement.
• Position client as a thought leader comparable to major names in the personal development space.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies that maximize each channel’s unique strengths.
• Repurpose monthly video content (1-1.5 hours) into consistent daily social media presence.

Requirements

• Proven social media management experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating growth results.
• Specific experience in personal development, wellness, or thought leadership content creation.
• Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube best practices and algorithm optimization.
• Advanced skills in creating engaging visual content and carousel designs that drive engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to implement organic growth strategies and build authentic audiences.
• Experience with content repurposing and maximizing single content pieces across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and scroll-stopping in today’s competitive landscape.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and calls-to-action.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to take direction efficiently without requiring multiple explanations.
