Job Description
The role involves redoing several forms for a medical office, including creating a 1-page clinical note with drawings for the eye (circles, squares, boxes, lines) and accompanying text. Additionally, the candidate will need to replicate simple check-in forms from another office, which are 1-page forms consisting of lines and text only. All files must be easily editable to allow for future modifications.
Requirements
- Experience in medical documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in file formats such as Excel, Adobe, Word, Photoshop, etc., for creating editable forms.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage, especially for converting current English forms to Spanish, with a focus on perfect grammar.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
