Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Designer to help with project-based design assignments. The immediate opportunity includes creating templates for social media posts and redesigning a listing presentation within the Residential Real Estate space. We need someone who has a high taste level and a strong design eye to create fabulous layouts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. As a Freelance Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our marketing efforts through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• A trained eye for elevated editorial aesthetic; amazing style and a luxurious vibe
• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Create visually appealing designs for logos, websites, presentations, and print advertising.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual content.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Design motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other relevant software.
• Implement UI design principles to enhance user experience on web platforms.
• Manage color theory and typography effectively to ensure cohesive branding across all materials.
• Conduct photo manipulation and digital art creation as needed for various projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in branding, logo design, and digital art.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and InVision.
• Familiarity with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred.
• Strong understanding of color management, layout design, typesetting, production design, and visual design principles.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of photography techniques is a plus; experience in video editing is also beneficial.

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 2 per week

Work Location: Remote
