Social Media Management

We are seeking a freelancer to take over the ongoing management of our social media channels at Freiburger Pflegeservice. After investing heavily in our website and producing a substantial library of video and photographic content, we now need a reliable expert to regularly publish this material and maintain our unique visual identity, especially on Instagram with our signature green-and-white quote cards. The content is organized in Google Drive, and editorial planning will take place in Microsoft Planner. Tasks include scheduling posts, further developing the existing content style, responding to strategic input (such as creating staff interviews or local community content), and independent content creation and posting. Collaboration can be close or independent depending on the task. The main goals are to increase our continuous, authentic presence and to build a strong employer brand in our sector. Experience in content management, social media strategy, and creative copywriting is important. Being organized and flexible in your work and communication is highly valued by us.
