Facebook Ads Specialist

We are seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to work remotely for DashClicks, a white label agency based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this full-time contract role, you will be responsible for scaling social advertising efforts, growing leads, and increasing social engagement. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing Facebook paid ad campaigns for multiple industries and locations, as well as a thorough understanding of Facebook Ads, META Ads, performance marketing, and digital campaign optimization. Key responsibilities include strategizing, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns, developing and managing lead generation and conversion campaigns, collaborating with other marketing professionals, and continuously monitoring results to improve ads. You will also be expected to create landing pages, set up analytics and tracking, handle marketing budgets, and maintain consistent communication through the company’s project management tools. The ability to do some graphic design work, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills are highly valued.
