Job Description

Trade organization seeking a mid-level graphic designer and video editor for a temporary part-time role from December 2025 through May 2026. The qualified individual will collaborate with the Creative Manager on promotional campaigns across print, web, and social platforms, supporting the communication and marketing of the Association’s member benefits as well as its in-person and virtual events. This role also requires performing minor edits to Association event recordings and posting completed videos to proper channels. The position is remote, but required hours must be completed between 9 AM and 5 PM ET.

Requirements

The individual must:

• Design within the guidelines of established brand identity.
• Possess a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Be familiar with Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Use Dropbox for file sharing.
• Effectively share workflows and communicate deadlines with a small but fast-paced team.
• Have prior experience with WordPress, email software like Constant Contact, and photography platforms like Adobe Lightroom & Bridge (preferred).
• Have at least 2 years of professional graphic design experience (required).

Other Information

Hours will vary weekly with approximately 10 hours per week up to a maximum of 30 hours, minus two weeks in December when the office is closed for holiday break.
