Job Description for Social Media Specialist

Part Time - Flexible 20 hours a week M-F but some time should overlap business hours CST

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic social media strategy for dermatology practice
• Create engaging content that drives new patient acquisition
• Design social media funnels to track lead generation and conversions
• Manage posting schedules across multiple social platforms
• Monitor engagement and respond to patient inquiries appropriately
• Collaborate with Google Ads specialist for integrated marketing campaigns
• Analyze social media metrics and provide performance reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media marketing experience
• Experience in healthcare/medical social media marketing is a strong preference
• Knowledge of medical advertising compliance and regulations is also a preference but not essential
• Graphic design skills for creating social media content
• Understanding of social media analytics and conversion tracking
• Ability to create strategic content that generates business results
• Portfolio demonstrating successful organic social media campaigns
