Job Description

At Fat Earth Media, we are a fast-growing performance marketing agency dedicated to helping brands with purpose make a real impact. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create eye-catching ads for platforms like Meta and design emails in Figma. You will work on campaigns for a variety of clients, from startups to established brands, bringing fresh ideas to life and delivering top-notch designs.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing your ad and email design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience in Figma for crafting effective email designs.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tailor designs to their unique brand identities.
• Previous agency experience is a plus.

• Dream Up Cool Stuff: Design ads and emails that resonate with each brand’s identity across various industries.
• Team Up: Collaborate with the creative team and email strategists to achieve client objectives through impactful designs.
• Stay Fresh: Keep updated on design trends to ensure work is innovative and relevant.
• Blend Words & Visuals: Work alongside copywriters to create harmonious ad campaigns.
• Make Things Move: Utilize After Effects to develop dynamic ads; familiarity with expressions is a bonus.
• Figma Wizardry: Create organized and effective email designs in Figma.
• Check Your Work: Review designs to ensure readiness before internal approval.
• Set the Tone: Collaborate with your manager to define the creative direction for clients, from startups to established brands.
